PanAmerican Seed Europe B.V. is located in Hem (NH), The Netherlands and there are currently < 100 people working there. In 1936 the facility has been established as Kieft-Pro-Seeds and since 2009 Kieft is part of the global company PanAmerican Seed.

The location is mainly focused on Breeding, Research & Development (R&D), Production, and Sales & Marketing. In the past, the focus was only on the breeding of perennials, but since the acquisition the focus has broadened and many products within the PanAmerican Seed assortment are currently bred and developed in The Netherlands.
