I'm happy to share the news that we have a new team member here at PanAmerican Seed. Welcome, Sarah Makiejus! In her role as Marketing Manager, Sarah will lead our efforts of product promotion, help select the best avenues for our marketing campaigns, and keep PanAmerican Seed front-of-mind with our retail managers.
She replaces Claire Josephson, who has been in the role for the last decade and made many strides in making our brand cohesive and streamlined. Thank-you, Claire, for all your hard work and dedication, and for laying such a fantastic foundation for years to come. Claire has moved into a more senior leadership role within Ball Horticultural Marketing.
Sarah is in a great position to draw on her strengths. She has extensive knowledge in marketing campaigns, email marketing, managing catalogs, and launching new products. And she's jumped right in! Her first week on the job was at our California Spring Trials event, taking note of our extensive product assortment and even getting to know our consumer brands closer. She's already chosen her favorite colors of Wave Petunias and Beacon Impatiens.
We can't wait to get to work on exciting new campaigns! Watch for her to make a splash with upcoming projects and announcements.
