As Area Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission.
You’ll work closely with a dedicated group of distributors, helping them grow their business while driving mutual success. With your strategic mindset and sharp analytical skills, you’ll spot opportunities, build strong relationships, and turn insights into action.

You’ll use your network and the unique strengths of PanAmerican Seed to expand our presence in the grower community. You’ll develop targeted sales plans, collaborate across teams, and help shape the future of horticulture in your region.

Job Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role,
• Strong industry knowledge,
• Open to traveling approximately 15–20% of the time,
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
